1. Tylosin combined with a sulfonamide, when mixed with feed, can be used to prevent and treat swine dysentery, bacterial pneumonia, enteritis, fowl cholera, and chicken flu-like illnesses.

2. Tylosin combined with doxycycline can enhance the antibacterial effect against mycoplasmas and broaden the antibacterial spectrum, inhibiting pathogens such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pasteurella multocida.

3. Tylosin can reduce the antibacterial activity of cephalosporins or penicillins, resulting in an antagonistic effect. This means that tylosin should not be used in combination with cephalosporins or penicillins.

4. Tylosin combined with gentamicin can enhance the antibacterial effect against mycoplasmas and broaden the antibacterial spectrum, inhibiting pathogens such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Shigella dysenteriae, Pasteurella multocida, and Staphylococcus aureus.

5. Combining quinolones with tylosin not only reduces efficacy but also increases side effects.

6. Combining tylosin with tylosin reduces efficacy due to competition for their site of action.
